So once you've clicked on checkinbuddy.blogspot.com, what do you do? Go to the list of pages on the right side of the Home page. You'll see Home, About, Arts Projects, Work Projects, Fashion, Writing and Editing, Technology, Home and Garden, and Diet and Exercise.
Let's say you're working on a creative project of some sort. Click on Arts Projects. Next write what part of the project you're doing now. If you're getting a photography website together, for example, you can say that you're organizing your photos, writing copy, trying to figure out what sort of payment method to use, etc. Ask your buddies to comment on what you've posted and tell them they can post what they're working on, too. Try it! You'll like it! (as the famous commercial said.)
